Every morning, Laura Joan Cornell rolls out her yoga mat, moves through her practice, sits in meditation, and then writes.
This is how she lives: embodied, intentional, and unwaveringly committed to the belief that the most important work a woman can do is to share the wisdom she has spent a lifetime accumulating.
Laura knows what it costs to carry a book for years without writing it. For twenty years, she held her first book inside her, Moon Salutations: Women's Journey Through Yoga to Healing, Power, and Peace, while life, fear, and a silencing inner voice gave her reasons to wait. She also knows what it took to finally write it: the right mentor, a method that included the body, and the willingness to write her way through the stories she had been most afraid to speak.
That method, Embodied Flow Writing, grew from her own decades of healing and from her training in East-West psychology and somatic practice. It is a process designed for women who have the wisdom and the will ~ and who are searching for the doorway to birth their book.
Since publishing Moon Salutations, Laura has helped more than 64 women write and publish their stories, including three best-selling collaborative anthologies she conceived, edited, and brought into the world. She has worked with psychotherapists, social workers, yoga teacher trainers, coaches, and healers who have spent 20 to 40 years becoming expert in something the world needs, and who are ready to engrave that expertise permanently on the page.
She has seen what happens when women become authors and the incredible way that they shine and glow as they cross this threshold.
Laura holds a Master's Degree in East-West Psychology and a Doctorate in Religion and Philosophy. She is a certified 500-hour Kripalu Yoga teacher, Integrative Yoga Therapist, and Family and Systemic Constellations Facilitator. She is also the founder of Ananda Press, a boutique publishing house for women writing in the embodied, spiritual, and healing tradition.
If you have spent decades becoming someone with something to say, and you are ready to write the book that captures it at the level it deserves, Laura is ready to walk that path with you.
18 courageous women.
18 transformational stories.
One powerful reminder: your wisdom has always lived within you.
Some stories do not simply inspire us… they awaken us.
Radiant Wisdom: 18 Stories of Feminine Power, Purpose, and Rebirth is a soul-stirring collection of deeply personal journeys from women who have walked through loss, trauma, awakening, motherhood, illness, spiritual transformation, identity, love, and rebirth—and emerged carrying wisdom that can illuminate the path for others.
Compiled by Laura Joan Cornell, PhD, this extraordinary anthology brings together eighteen courageous voices who reveal what becomes possible when women reclaim their bodies, their truth, their intuition, and their sacred inner authority.
Within these pages, you will encounter:
Women rediscovering their divine voice after years of silence
Mothers fighting fiercely for their children
Survivors transforming trauma into healing
Spiritual awakenings that reconnect women to the Feminine Divine
Journeys through grief, adoption, illness, sexuality, identity, fertility, and rebirth
Stories of remembering who we truly are beneath conditioning, fear, and shame
These are not polished perfection stories.
They are honest stories.
Tender stories.
Revolutionary stories.
Each chapter offers a mirror for the reader—a reminder that wisdom is not something we acquire from the outside. It is something ancient and radiant already living within us, waiting to be remembered.
This collection is for every woman who has ever questioned her worth, hidden her voice, carried invisible wounds, or longed to return home to herself.
Radiant Wisdom is more than a book.
It is a gathering.
A remembering.
A reclamation of the sacred feminine power that has always existed within us.
If you are ready to reconnect with your truth, your intuition, your softness, your strength, and your deepest inner knowing… this book will meet you there.
